XQ Challenge and The Writers Fusion Vision

This week, I came across a commercial for the XQ Institute, who put forth a challenge to reimagine American highs schools. "The XQ Institute is in service of parents and pioneers, entrepreneurs and teachers, business leaders and administrators, youth and education experts—who are joining a movement to rethink America’s schools.” This could not come at a more appropriate time. As Writers Fusion furiously works to provide our services in high schools all across America, our goals are similar; we must rethink the traditional education model to more effectively teach our young people. Writers Fusion believes that creativity, imagination and a focus on individual learning are the keys
to educating our youth.
XQ is "the agile and flexible intelligence that prepares students for a more connected world, a rapidly changing future, and a lifetime of learning.” The Writers Fusion program to teach students how to write a novel in a year is designed to address various types of learning. The program takes students on a journey through their idea formation, character development and structure with activities that tap into all methods of learning.
Writers Fusion believes that the XQ Institute is addressing a fundamental problem that has arisen in education over the last decade.  Read more about the XQ Institute here, and consider their Super School Project, "an open call to reimagine and design the next American high school. In towns and cities far and wide, teams will unite and take on this important work of our time: Rethinking and building schools that deeply prepare our students for the rigorous challenges of college, jobs, and life.”
Writers Fusion needs writing enthusiasts, like you, to support our mission to teach kids how to write. Please consider donating to our GoFundMe Campaign, or help us get into your school system.
